Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 a.m. April 18 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo, where a memorial Mass begins at 10:30 a.m. The family requests casual attire be worn and lei are welcome.
He is survived by daughters, Cookie Makalii of Hauula, Jewel (Leland) Pa of Hilo, Patsy (Thomas) Gonsalves of Kapaa; sons, Robin Dias of Kona, Wynton (Lisa) Dias of Waipahu, Thomas Dias III of Keaau; sisters, Irene Dias of Kapaa, Loretta Alapai of Kapahulu, Marie Lopez of Kapaa; 23 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
